Adopting a pet isn't that easy & many consideration to consider. Not merely judge them because they are adorable! It is a life time companion, not just a toy. Sadly, most people feels it that way.
Pets are loyal to their owner. Will owner be "loyal" to them...
The rabbit there reminds exactly of the late rabbit I had- A tough rabbit with an eye blind, overly protective & aggressive one. Yet, despite all these, it was my best companion. (:
